Tofacitinib

Tofacitinib (formerly tasocitinib, inventor - Pfizer, other name - CP-690550) is a new drug  for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis (RA), psoriasis and other immunological diseases. It is an inhibitor of the Janus kinase 3 (JAK3).
